Who owns the data?Toggle answer
You do. Your customers, jobs, invoices, and history belong to your business. You can export to CSV any time, and we provide a full data export on request if you ever leave. We're building this so you can leave easily — that's the only way we earn the right to keep you.
What does the mobile app do?Toggle answer
Field techs get native iOS and Android apps for work orders, customer history, photos, signatures, and time tracking. Background location keeps the dispatch map live so the office sees where every crew is in real time. Works offline and syncs when back online.
How is our data secured?Toggle answer
Hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions, row-level security at the database level, and full audit logging on sensitive actions. SOC 2 work is in progress — see /security for the full picture.
Will it integrate with QuickBooks and Stripe?Toggle answer
Yes. Two-way QuickBooks Online sync for customers, invoices, and payments. Stripe is built in for card and ACH payments. These integrations are part of the founding launch — not roadmap promises.
